Mark Thompson
Mark is the Managing Director of Swan New Homes and is also the Deputy Chief Executive of Swan Housing Group (SHG).  SHG has enjoyed more than a decade as a successful builder of homes and residential social landlord and has delivered over 5000 new homes across the Thames Gateway since 2000.  Mark leads the growth and procurement strategy and is responsible for regeneration (in both the built form and social-economic context) and is also the organisation’s ‘Design and Sustainability Champion’.

Linda Faucher
Linda is Sales Director for Swan New Homes. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Linda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from both the public and private sectors. Having worked for developers, a property investment company, housing associations and estate agents she confidentially views every opportunity and challenge from different angles to deliver the best outcomes for SNH.

Paul Hardy
With over 20 years experience in the construction industry Paul is Assistant Construction Director for Swan New Homes. He has developed his knowledge, management skills and vast experience through working for major developers in the past and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building. Paul takes control and responsibility for the large portfolio of construction sites that SNH is developing. He plays a pivotal role in the safe day to day running and timely delivery of these sites. Paul also represents SNH on the Green Team, which is a group of departmental heads tasked with furthering the sustainable agenda within the Group.

Roger Synnuck
Roger is the Construction Director for Swan New Homes.  He has spent some 35 years in the construction industry and brings extensive experience of Development Construction Management of major schemes.
